01 / PRICING & PACKAGES
Real. Each package states exactly what's included, and that's the price for that scope. Extra scope is quoted and approved before it's built, never billed after.
Custom Software Development and Legacy Modernization involve scope too specific to fix a flat number to responsibly. Both sell a fixed-price entry point (a Discovery Sprint or Technical Audit) that produces a real quote for the larger engagement — credited against it if you proceed.
Package prices are fixed as published. If you're buying more than one service, add each to your cart — every line item keeps its own defined scope and timeline.
No — prices are shown ex-VAT. VAT or the EU reverse charge is calculated at checkout from your billing country and VAT ID.
02 / SCOPE & PROCESS
We quote the change and get your written approval before doing the work. The original fixed price never expands without that.

Yes — work is delivered and reviewed in milestones, not revealed all at once at the end.

03 / LEGAL & IP
You do, in full, on final payment for each milestone. Repository access and credentials transfer at the same time.
Full refund if you cancel before kick-off. After kick-off, you pay only for completed and in-progress milestones — unstarted work is refunded in full. Full terms: /legal/refunds/.
Yes — Code Experts Lab operates under EU/GDPR as a Portugal-based controller. Details in /legal/privacy/.

Yes — delivery is remote-first across the EU and beyond. Checkout handles VAT and the reverse charge automatically.
