01 Do you only support products you built?
No — we support projects built elsewhere too, after a short onboarding audit to understand the codebase.
02 What happens if I use more than my included hours?
We tell you before doing the extra work, quote it at a fixed hourly rate, and only proceed with your approval — it's never billed automatically.
03 Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, with 30 days' notice. The current billing period is served out, with no exit fee.
04 What counts as a support hour?
Patching, small fixes, monitoring response, and small requested changes. Larger feature work is quoted separately, whether or not it fits in your remaining hours.
