Engagement models
Most of the catalogue: a defined scope, a defined price, delivered in milestones. What you see on the pricing page is what you pay.
Maintenance & Support only: billed monthly in advance, a defined number of included hours, cancel with 30 days' notice, no exit fee.
Custom Software Development and Legacy Modernization: a fixed-price Discovery Sprint or Technical Audit produces a costed plan for the larger engagement, credited against it if you proceed.

02 What if we're not ready to make a decision-maker available every milestone?
Tell us at Discover — we can adjust the review cadence, though it may extend the timeline.
03 Do you work with our existing team, or independently?
Both, depending on the engagement. Web apps and custom software often involve your team's input on the data model; websites and design sprints typically run more independently between review points.
04 What's the difference between a milestone and a package?
A package is what you buy. A milestone is a stage of delivering it — each one is reviewed and approved before the next is invoiced.
