01 Why isn't the full build a fixed price like the other services?
Because it would be a guess. Custom scope varies too much to fix a price to responsibly before it's actually scoped — the Discovery Sprint exists so you get a real number instead of a lowball quote that grows, or an open-ended hourly arrangement.
02 Is the Discovery Sprint fee wasted if I don't proceed?
No — you keep the written technical plan and quote either way. If you do proceed, the fee is credited in full against the build.
03 How long does Discovery take?
Two to three weeks, fixed.
04 What if my problem turns out simpler than I thought?
Then the Sprint may point you toward Web App Development or another catalogue service instead of a bespoke build — we'll tell you honestly if a fixed package fits better.
